The floor space is 5,121 m2 and building area is 2,088m2. Among which, workshop area is 1,044m2. Bin of raw material is 500m2. Bin of finished product is 500m2. According to the plan, he purchases two model-850 wood pellet mills. The total installed capacity is 620KW. He uses one 650KVA transformer for power supply. The total cost is about 2 million Yuan.
The process flows for sufficiently using local materials:
Through conveyors, wood wastes like shavings, saw dust and tree skin in furniture plants or wood plants are delivered into cleaning screen for removing larger briquettes, then delivered into deironing device for removing iron and steel materials. For the cleaned materials, they are delivered into bin for waiting treatment through elevator.
For the materials with suitable water content, they are specially delivered into bin through draught fun. The finished products are delivered into cooler through a belt conveyor. After being cooled, finished products are delivered into a grinding screen through belt conveyor. For those qualified biomass pellets, they are delivered into bin.
For those powdered materials, they are recycled again and delivered into the bin of raw material again.
