Secondly, the eccentric shafts of press roller should be adjusted in sequence to make the distance between each press roller and ring die proper. Last, the adjuster bolt should be firmly fixed.

Therefore, under the situation of selecting rational clearance, the hardness of press roller should not be too strong. In other words, the wear resistance of press roller should be lower than ring die.
During the production process of ring die, the material awaiting for utilization should be screened necessarily for the fear of the entry of hard objects like gravel block, ore briquettes, bolt, scrap iron and so on. These hard objects will accelerate the battered speed of ring die and even cause severe explosion in die when the stress limit is exceeded. When the new ring die assembled with cone surface is installed in wood pelletizing machine, the corn surface should be necessarily cleaned and assembled with oil for the fear of being damaged or scratched.
