If water content in raw materials is higher than 17%, speed of heat-transfer between raw materials will be lowered even though the molding temperature is qualified. For the evaporated water, it is easy to become the high-pressure steam if being vaporized in the molding sleeve. If the steam pressure is stronger than the abrasive power between raw materials, biomass pellets in molding sleeve will be erupted out and fractured. If eruption occurs, molding efficiency of saw dust pellet machine will be influenced.
