By increasing the diameter and width of ring die, we can lower the contacting stress. To ensure the smaller elastic modulus, we should use different materials to make the ring die and press roller. With the premise of not influencing other performances, we should lower the power and improve the revolving speed as much as possible.

While, the blind increase can increase the noise and vibration as well as influence the modulating ratio of biomass pellets. According to the actual situations, we should increase the diameter as much as possible to lower the contacting stress of ring die. If we neglect the functions of die holes, the working ring die will be like a round ring with thin wall and uniform section.
