To get the working capacity of 3t/h, we need to equip the wood pellet machine with a customized conditioner. Parameters of this conditioner are 400-420mm diameter, 37.5KW powder, 2450-3300mm length and 52 standard blades. Outside the conditioner, there is a steam jacket, which can assist the heating and heat-insulating work.
Time for three-level tempering lasts from 90s to 120s. Conditioner with steam jacket is a late-model one. Why we design the conditioner in this type? It is actually for improving the exterior environment of conditioner and making materials in conditioner be fully tempered. After being fed into conditioner, powdered materials fully mix with steam.
Gradually, powdered materials are heated and steam is congealed. Once congealing amount is excessive and temperature is too low, tempering effect would be seriously influenced. Here comes the role of steam jacket. It can slow the condensing speed of steam in conditioner.
By properly extending the conditioner and prolonging the tempering period, we can make the raw materials be effectively tempered and degermed. Conditioner drum and steam jacket are both made of stainless steel. According to the demand of pressure vessel, we design the steam jacket with withstand voltage higher than 0.68MPa.
On the steam jacket, there are safety valve and trap, which play the roles of ensuring the operational safety and steam quality. Conditioner with single shaft inside is another patent of FTM Heavy Machinery. On the surface of conditioner and feeding mouth, there is an insulating layer with thickness of 8mm. This kind of conditioner can make the tempering and sterilizing effects as good as possible.
