Biomass pellets do not have much chance to coke. How to fully separate the tar element from biomass pellets? This problem is needed to be solved. One is prolonging the staying period and the other is ensuring temperature in burner keep at 850℃.
If upper end of burner uses water-cooling while lower end adopts wind-cooling, cooling wind will form the rotational flow in furnace. If doing so, we can prolong the staying period of dust in burner. Besides, we can add a heat insulating layer on inner wall of burner. This effort can ensure the temperature in burner keep at 850℃ or higher. Meanwhile, tar volatile in straw can be separated out steadily.
It is also a difficult problem to solve the large power of biomass burner. Since traditional burner has larger power, it is easy to have problems like increasing area of fire grate, uneven distribution of materials and unstable burning, etc. Technologies at that time are only workable for upgrading small-tonnage boiler.
